Due to years of business work, high-intensity work in long term, excessive energy consumption, Mr. Ahmed had serious physical sub-health symptoms, such as lack of energy, fatigue, poor quality of sleep, indigestion, prostate inflammation, sexual dysfunction, cardiac dysfunction, decreased vision, memory recede, left knee intractable pain and so on. Mr. Ahmed used to take a variety of nutritional drugs, sleeping drugs, painkillers, anti-inflammatory drugs, anti-prostatic hypertrophy drugs, but the effect is very limited.
1. Physical & Sleep Improvement
Restored energy levels and muscular strength, enabling enhanced daily function. Moderately improved sleep efficiency with reported restorative rest, supporting holistic recovery.
2. Knee Symptom Resolution
Significant reduction in left knee pain severity/frequency. Transitioned from refractory preoperative pain to manageable discomfort, permitting increased ambulation and functional mobility gains.
3.Nutritional Status
Expanded dietary tolerance within vegetarian regimen, reflecting improved digestion/appetite. Elevated caloric/nutrient intake supports sustained recovery and positive metabolic trajectory.

Looking forward, the patient is on a promising path to full recovery. In the upcoming months, with consistent self-care and possible follow-up treatments, the energy level is likely to keep rising, and physical strength will further improve. The sleep quality may enhance even more, allowing for better rest and rejuvenation. The knee condition will hopefully continue to improve, enabling the patient to engage in more physical activities like light exercise or sports. As the diet pattern remains stable, the body will receive sufficient nutrition to support the recovery. With continuous progress, the patient can anticipate a return to a normal, active lifestyle, free from the previous discomforts.
